Gradarius Firmus Victoria is the fictional Latin motto for AFC Richmond in the TV show Ted Lasso, generally translated as “taking little steps toward victory” or “slow and steady wins the race”. It represents the team’s commitment to incremental progress, improvement, and the long, arduous process of building success.
