Q. How do I keep squirrels off of my bird
feeders?
A. The easiest way is by using a squirrel
baffle (they also make a version for raccoons). Squirrel baffles
come in generally two styles (stovepipe or disk) that attach directly
to the pole or post you are using. When placed at the right
height and distance from surrounding greenery they usually work.
Q. What is the best place to put a bluebird

meadow. (See our related article on Bluebird houses)

bugs & spiders from taking over.

Q. Are bats dangerous?

Q. Can I make homemade hummingbird nectar?
A. Sure. It's easy. Mix
four (4) parts water to one (1) part sugar. Bring the mix

Do not add food coloring as it can poison
the birds. Use what you need and store the rest in the fridge
for later use.
